An invisible red thread connects those that are destined to meet, regardless of time, place or circumstance. The thread may stretch or tangle, but never break.~Ancient Chinese Proverb

Easter 2014

Whew.... Busy, busy week! Better get caught up before the Month is over and it's MAY! Holy cow.... Where did April go?!!

This year for Easter, we participated in a Movement called Forget the Frock.

Instead if dressing up in our Easter finest (and hearing the Boys whine about their button shirts), we sported our tees that funded a cause. Our mission this year was Orphans (a mission that has become very near and dear to our hearts since beginning the adoption process to bring Mia home). We supported 5 different organizations with 5 different tees, all which support the Fatherless.

It was so nice to feel that we were representing something important to us. The kids loved it and are already asking if they can sport their tees every Sunday (hey... Wonder if they are just trying to avoid those button shirts?? Hmmm...)

We celebrated at Church and then followed with an Easter egg hunt. The Boys got really excited about finding the eggs that the Easter Bunny had hidden the night before, Mia.... Not so interested.. But she looked so cute, trying!

The Boys enjoyed digging into their Baskets left by Mr. EB... Again, Mia... Not interested.....

We hope that you all had a very Happy Easter!!!! (And that all of the peeps and chocolate bunnies are now completely out of your pantry!!)

Blessings!!!!
